One big thing that sets the Mississippi Division apart from other Divisions of the SCV is Beauvoir. Beauvoir is the last home of Confederate President Jefferson Davis. It is located in Biloxi, Mississippi, and is owned by the Beauvoir Corporation. The Beauvoir Corporation is owned by the Mississippi Division, United Sons of Confederate Veterans, which is made up of the members of the Mississippi Division, Sons of Confederate Veterans. In addition to the mansion itself, the grounds of Beauvoir include the Jefferson Davis Presidential Library, Beauvoir Historic Cemetery, historically accurate reproductions of two cottages, and multiple monuments.
